I have established my career as a successful leader in the hospitality sector on a foundation of expertise, commitment, and enthusiasm. With a thorough awareness of the sector's complexity, I have developed my leadership abilities to produce outstanding outcomes and promote significant change through numerous internships, group projects, and presentations.

I have had a range of positions during my career, from event management to front-of-house leadership. Through these experiences, I have proven my unrelenting dedication to excellence in leadership roles by consistently looking for innovative ways to streamline procedures, increase productivity, and raise customer satisfaction.

My commitment to the hospitality sector stems from a deep-seated love of giving visitors special experiences. Knowing that my work has influenced the business and raised the service bar makes me incredibly proud.

I want to use this E-Portfolio as a beacon of light for my successful and developmental hospitality career. I couldn't be more grateful to announce the completion of my Hospitality Tourism Management degree in correlation to my minor in Interior Architecture on May 14th, 2023. I look forward to continuing my education outside of the classroom as I seek Certifications in Event Floor Mapping, Real estate, and Somalia programs.
